Whether you looking to squat 700-pounds or blow a defensive end off the line, it’s about the hips and the posterior chain of muscles, not the quads. Leg Extensions-A fine bodybuilding exercise if you are looking for a sweet quad sweep, but quadriceps just aren’t all that important in regards to functional strength.Scratch the good mornings and get your hips and thighs stronger if you want to come out of the hole properly. You mean to tell me that you lack the hip/leg strength to come out of the hole when squatting and so you subsequently lean forward and use back strength instead? Next, you mean to tell me that to correct your weak hips and thighs (the muscles that SHOULD be firing you out of the hole), you are going to do good mornings, which will just continue to strengthen your back and increase your strength imbalance even more?
